Welcome to the Monthly Mindful Bracket Challenge.
The goal: complete a mindful session each day of the month in this elimination style challenge.
The outer brackets have suggested style of mindful session to complete. The Calm app, Headspace, Peloton or YouTube have great guided meditations in each style if you prefer a guided session matching the style.

In each head-to-head pairing, a winner will be named to move into the next bracket. Complete the mindful exercise and rate it thumbs up or down. As you continue your daily mindful practice, you’ll be narrowing the choices until you have a winner at the end of the month.

You can share your progress via text or email at any time. If you need to reset the board, there is an option in the settings to do so.

Enjoy the challenge. But more, please enjoy the benefits of a mindfulness practice. Along with gratitude and compassion, increasing your capacity for mindfulness can contribute to a satisfied life.
